Returns & Refund Policy

Our Policy

AVC Timepieces takes great pride in the accuracy of our listings and the quality of our timepieces. Every watch undergoes thorough inspection and authentication before being listed for sale. For these reasons, all sales are considered final.

We encourage all customers to review product descriptions, photographs, and specifications carefully, and to contact us with any questions before making a purchase.

Exceptions

We may consider a return or exchange in the following limited circumstances:

1. Significant Discrepancy

If the item you receive differs significantly from its listing description (e.g., different model, incorrect specifications), we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a full refund.

2. Authenticity Concerns

Every watch we sell is guaranteed 100% authentic. In the extremely unlikely event that a watch is determined by a certified authority to be non-authentic, we will provide a full refund immediately.

3. Shipping Damage

If your watch arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Do not discard any packaging materials and document the damage with photographs.

Return Process

If your return is approved:

1. Contact us at [email protected] within 3 business days of receiving your order
2. Provide your order number and detailed explanation of the issue
3. Include photographs if applicable
4. Wait for return authorization before shipping anything back
5. Ship the item back using our prepaid, insured shipping label
6. Refund will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item

Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the watch must be:

• In the same condition as when received
• Unworn and free from any new scratches or damage
• Returned with all original packaging, documentation, and accessories
• Returned within 7 days of receiving return authorization

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

• Watches that have been worn or show signs of use after delivery
• Watches with removed or altered links, straps, or components
• Watches returned without original packaging or documentation
• Custom orders or watches modified to customer specifications

Refund Methods

Approved refunds will be issued via:

• Wire Transfer Purchases: Refund via wire transfer to the originating account
• Other Payment Methods: Refund via the original payment method used

Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we have received and inspected the returned item.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a watch (in eligible cases), you would need to return the original watch for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
